Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment without a 24 hour notice, please give us a call so that we can see if we are able to reschedule you to another time. If you need to cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you no-show for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service. If you no-show for a service that you have a series for, we will deduct the service from your series. By booking this appointment, you acknowledge that you agree to this policy. Thank you for your understanding.
